Home EV charging, installed the right way
A Level 2 charger cuts your charging time dramatically, but the charger is only half the job. Your panel has to have the capacity to feed it safely. We check both and install it to code.
What to think about before you install
What is included
Permits, code, and inspection
EV charger circuits are permitted work in most cases. We pull the permit when required and schedule the inspection, so the install is documented and correct. This matters for safety and for any manufacturer or utility program that asks for proof of a code-compliant installation.
What happens after you reach out

What affects the timeline
When the panel already has capacity, many charger installs are a single-visit job. If a panel upgrade comes first, we sequence that, plus its permit and inspection, before the charger goes in. We lay out the order up front.
Scope: Residential Level 2 EV charger installation across Columbia and Mid-Missouri. Panel upgrades handled in-house when needed.

Questions homeowners ask
Can my panel support a Level 2 charger?
That is the first thing we check. A Level 2 charger is a large, continuous load. Some panels feed it as-is; others need an upgrade first. We run the numbers before you commit.
Is installation really simple?
Sometimes. The charger mounts easily, but it needs a properly sized dedicated circuit and enough panel capacity. When those are in place it is straightforward. When they are not, the panel is the real job.
Hardwired or plug-in?
Both are valid depending on the charger and your setup. We will walk through the trade-offs so you get the one that fits.
