Electrical repair and troubleshooting
A dead outlet, lights that flicker when an appliance starts, a breaker that will not stay on. This is the work we do every week in Columbia. Tell us what is happening and we will help you understand the next step.
Signs it is worth a call
Safety first: If you see smoke or sparks, smell something burning, or find exposed wiring, leave the area and call 911 first. Then call us.

What affects the timeline
Many repairs are handled in a single visit once we are on site and the cause is confirmed. Larger faults, ordered parts, or permit and inspection steps can add time. We tell you the realistic scheduling window before we start.
Scope: Residential and light commercial repair and troubleshooting across Columbia and Mid-Missouri.

Questions homeowners ask
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
A breaker trips to protect the circuit from an overload, a short, or a ground fault. Repeated tripping means the circuit is doing its job and something needs attention. We find which of those it is and fix the cause.
When can you come out?
We schedule during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Tell us what is happening and we will confirm the next available scheduling option. If you see smoke or sparks or smell burning, call 911 first.
Is a warm outlet dangerous?
A warm or buzzing outlet is worth looking at soon. It can point to a loose connection or an overloaded circuit. Stop using it and give us a call.
Is it the utility or my home?
Sometimes the problem is on the utility side and sometimes it is inside your home. Part of the diagnosis is telling you which, so you are not paying to chase the wrong thing.
