New construction electrical, wired right from the start

A new home is the one chance to get the electrical exactly right: the panel sized for the future, circuits where you will actually want them, and clean rough-in that passes inspection. We wire it to code and plan for what comes next.

What we handle on a new build

  • Service and panel

Sized for the home and for future loads like an EV charger.

  • Full rough-in

Every circuit, box, and device location, planned with you.

  • Lighting plan

Interior and exterior lighting laid out before drywall.

  • Future-ready provisions

Conduit, capacity, and stub-outs for what you may add later.

What is included

  • Service and panel installation

Right-sized service with a clearly labeled panel.

  • Complete rough-in

Circuits, devices, and fixtures from rough-in through trim.

  • Code-required protection

GFCI, AFCI, tamper-resistant devices, and the rest the code calls for.

  • Permit and inspection

Coordinated and scheduled with the local authority.

Permits, code, and inspection

New construction electrical is permitted and inspected work. We coordinate with the local authority having jurisdiction, sequence the rough-in and trip the inspections at the right stages, and keep the electrical aligned with the overall build schedule.

What happens after you reach out

  • 1. Plan review

We review the plans, the panel sizing, and the device and lighting layout with you.

  • 2. Estimate

A clear scope and price for the full electrical package.

  • 3. Rough-in

Service, panel, and rough-in wiring, staged with the build.

  • 4. Trim and inspection

Devices, fixtures, and final inspection, then test.

What affects the price

  • Home size and layout

Square footage and the number of circuits and devices.

  • Service size

The panel and service sized for todays and future loads.

  • Fixtures and specialty items

Lighting, fans, and any specialty systems.

  • Provisions for the future

EV capacity, generator inlet, and stub-outs.

What affects the timeline

New construction electrical runs in stages with the build: service and rough-in first, then trim and final inspection. We coordinate each stage with your schedule and the inspector.
